18 Nigerian Women Make Avance Media's 100 Most Powerful African Women List 2022
Avance Media, a leading African PR and Rating agency, has announced the release of the fourth and 2022 editions of its annual magazine, 100 Most Influential African Women, to honour African women in leadership roles who have inspired the next generation.
The list's female leaders include two presidents, five vice presidents, five prime ministers, ministers, regional CEOs, and founders of profit and non-profit organisations, demonstrating how African women are breaking stereotypes worldwide.
Prince Akpah, MD of Avance Media, claims that the latest edition of the list, now in its fourth edition, comprises women from a record-breaking 36 African countries, all of whom are redefining what it means to be successful, independent women in business and in life.
36 African countries are represented on the list, with Nigeria having the most with 18 individuals, followed by Kenya (10), Ghana (7), Senegal (6), and Tanzania (2). (5).
