Brad Pitt Accuses Ex-Wife Angelina Jolie Of Intentionally Harming Wine Company He Built.
Actor Brad Pitt has accused his ex-wife and actor too Angelina Jolie of purposely harming the reputation of a wine company they previously co-owned by selling her half to a "stranger".
According to a report by People, Pitt in an ongoing battle with Ms Jolie claimed that by selling her half of the wine company called Miraval, she intentionally "sought to inflict harm on him".
He went further to say that they had agreed to never sell their respective interests in the family business without each other's consent and permission. He also accused her of contributing "nothing to Miraval's success".
The actor has sued Ms Jolie for breach of implied-in-fact; contract breach of quasi-contract, pleaded in the alternative; breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing; abuse of rights under Article 6-1 of the Luxembourg Civil Code; tortious interference with contractual relations; tortious interference with prospective business relations; and constructive trust.
He is also asking for a trial by jury and seeking damages.
