Slough: Identity of Convicted Kidnappers and Rapists Made Public

By Azeezat Okunlola | Apr 28, 2023
Police have released photos of the two men who abducted and sexually assaulted a woman in London, threatening to inject her with heroin.

Reading Crown Court is currently hearing the cases of the accused Kasra Esmaelie and Aziz Nasser, both 25.

It was revealed in court that both parties had given the woman, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, a ride home from a London hotel where she had been staying with friends.

The alleged incident took place in the Upton Court parking lot in Slough, where they were subsequently captured on surveillance footage.

Paul Fairley, the prosecutor, testified that both defendants had gotten into the rear of the car with the victim and "began touching her up."

Esmaelie allegedly ordered her to strip down to her pants, and when she refused, she was forced to give with a "chokehold".

Mr Fairley said: “Mr Esmaelie then told Mr Nasser to grab a syringe. She decided to comply and remove her bra and her trousers and she thought at the point she was going to be raped."

“Mr Esmaelie began filming her while she was crying, making her say all sorts of derogatory things. When she refused to do that Mr Esmaelie said she would be injected with heroin."

“After that, Mr Esmaelie demanded oral sex and she was threatened with a syringe. [The defendants] argued as Mr Nasser seemingly didn’t think it was fair that Mr Esmaelie has got head and he didn’t."

“[The woman] said while crying she gave Mr Nasser oral sex.”

Esmaelie allegedly told the lady he was going to take her to Glasgow to "pimp her out," and the defendants and the woman were later seen leaving the car by surveillance cameras.

Before 'demanding' oral sex again, he was observed scooping her up and 'dropping' her on the ground by the car.

Mr Fairley said: “She said she didn’t want to, begged him not to and said she wouldn’t call the police. Mr Esmaelie threatened to throw acid at her face.”

The woman 'then faked a seizure,' which 'panicked' the defendants into dropping her at home, according to the allegations.

Esmaelie, of Shirland Road, London, told police that it was the woman who initiated sexual activity before she became "angry" and had a "panic attack," while Nasser, of Church Street, London, declined to comment after their arrest.

After a trial at Reading Crown Court, 25-year-olds Kasra Esmaelie and Aziz Nasser were found guilty of five counts of rape, sexual assault, and assault by beating related to an event that occurred on September 3, 2021.

On Monday, April 24th, they were charged with first and second-degree rape, third-degree sexual assault for Nasser, and fourth-degree assault by beating for Esmaelie.

On Tuesday, May 9, both men will be handed their sentences.
